This is a continuous fast-paced drill with 3 on 2 fast breaks.
Offense becomes defense, rebounder becomes offense with two players waiting behind the sidelines.

  • 3-2 attack.
  • X1 picks up the ball handler
  • X2 defends the basket
Phase 2

  • The rebounder passes the ball out to the player waiting at the closer sideline
  • The rebounder and 2 players waiting behind the sideline become the new offensive team attacking 3 on 2 on the other basket
  • 2 players of the old offense (green team) become the new defense, the other players are lining up behind the sideline
