Banana Drill

This continuous drill is great for improving passing & cutting.
Put focus on hard, precise passes and correct timing of the cuts.
Phase 1

  • #1 throws a strong chest pass to #3 and starts sprinting towards player #5
  • They receive the pass back from #3
Phase 2

  • #1 now passes right away to #5 and then follows the pass to queue up behind #6
  • #3 sprints towards player #7 and receives a pass on the go from #5
Phase 3

  • #3 passes to #7 right away and follows the pass to queue up behind #8
Phase 4

  • #5 cuts to the basket, receives a pass and finished with a layup or power move

  • #7 gets the rebound
