Full-court passing with five players and one ball. Every trip is three quick passes and a layup: outlet to the wing, to the middle, to the far wing, layup.
Setup: One player under the basket, a wing at the free throw line extended at each end and one player in the middle at half court.
After each layup:
  • The shooter sprints down the other sideline and rebounds the next layup at the other end
  • The rebounder outlets to the wing and runs to the middle
  • The middle follows the pass to the wing
Coaching points:
  • Lead the receiver with every pass, ahead and never behind
  • Catch and pop it out of your hands, no holding the ball
  • Finish every layup
Swap in new players every few minutes.
