The ball handler can initiate the offense by passing to one of the bigs at the elbow, then immediately following the pass to receive a simple handoff. As soon as the pass is made, the opposite big cuts hard toward the basket, looking to draw help or slip behind the defense.
The ball gets thrown into one of the elbows, and the opposite bigman (5) cuts hard to the basket.
Pass to 5 if it's open. If not, the initial ball handler (1) chases the action and receives the handoff.
From here, if 5 pops out and the paint is clear, 4 can dive towards the basket. If the paint is still occupied, 4 can pop out to the basket.
