Steph Curry Warm Up Routine


This is a summary of how Steph Curry warms up before a game




Dribbling Drills with Two Balls

  1. Dribble two balls simultaneously going from low to high dribble height
  1. Dribble the two balls alternatingly
  1. Add behind the back and through the leg dribbles




Shooting One-legged Floaters

  • Steph begins his shooting drills with push shots / floaters from the elbow.
  • He shoots off of one leg and with the right and left hand.







Catch & Shoot & Off-the-dribble Shooting

  • Steph start with mid-range shots of the dribble
  • Moves on to 3 pointer of the catch
  • He starts from the right corner and moves to the right wing, then the middle of the court, left wing and left corner
