For a budget shoe, the Adidas Believe That 1 is a standout. The uppers are comfortable and breathable, traction is simple and consistent indoors, and support is solid. Dreamstrike cushioning isn't super lively but offers decent protection. With an orthotic, it reaches flagship levels.

Really solid $100 shoe. Traction and lockdown surprised me. Responsive and stable with good stops. Cushioning is okay, but a bit stiff. Fit runs short, so size up.

This is a solid takedown. It's lightweight with great traction and excellent support. Cushion isn't as plush as the AE1 or AE2, but it's smooth. For $100, it's a smart, affordable option.

Materials are budget textile mesh with a thicker plastic cage. It feels supportive and durable but not very breathable. The cage scuffs, and the tongue and heel area could use more padding.
