Traction
Aggressive multidirectional pattern with sticky rubber. Excellent grip on clean courts and handles dust well with easy wipes.
8.0
Cushion
Dual forefoot Zoom Air units housed in a firm foam. Responsive and bouncy forefoot with a generally firm underfoot feel and solid impact protection.
8.5
Materials
Soft leather upper with basic lining. Conforms quickly, but some lining details feel cheap. The overall finish is not premium.
7.7
Support
Solid forefoot lockdown. A responsive platform and midfoot stability. The heel has minimal padding and can allow slight movement.
8.0
Fit
Snug, low-volume fit that conforms instantly. Secure lockdown for most.

Outdoor
Softer rubber with thin grooves and pointy spots. Traction is fine indoors, but outdoor durability is limited. It's just okay.

Sizing
Runs true to size for most players. Wide-footed users should consider a half size up.
narrow

Width
Fits narrow to regular widths best. Slight pinch at the pinky, so wide feet may feel constricted.

I like these way more than the LeBron 23. Performance-wise, they're really good, and lots of people will enjoy them despite the high price.

I enjoyed the NXXT Gen by JuJu mainly because of the elite traction, but cushioning, ventilation, and heel lockdown held it back. The upper breaks in nicely but feels a bit cheap in spots. It's a supportive, stiff platform that some players will like, but there are better options at this price.

Everything else about this shoe is great. It performs well with excellent traction and comfortable cushioning. Watch for mild heel slippage and over-compression. It's pricey, but I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The traction is freaking amazing. It sticks on every court and gives a stop-on-a-dime bite. It picks up some dust, but a quick wipe keeps it performing.

The cushioning is responsive rather than plush. The two forefoot Zoom Air units give a lot of bounce.

The cushioning is on the stiffer side. Impact protection is good, but the underfoot feel is firm, and the Zoom units aren't very pronounced.

The cushioning is overall nice. The heel is soft with good impact protection. Forefoot Zoom provides some springiness, but it's not overly bouncy. You also lose a bit of court feel.

The materials feel great. The leather upper is supportive yet soft. The mesh tongue with a leather top works well. I did notice minor pinching from the medial tongue.

Lockdown and lateral containment are solid in the forefoot. The heel feels unstable due to minimal padding and a high stack, which can allow slight heel movement.

Support is okay. Lateral containment and torsional rigidity are good. The heel over-compresses at times, and I experienced slight heel slippage, which can cause instability.

Not ideal for outdoor use. The rubber and pointy spots are soft, and the grooves are thin, so durability outdoors would be just okay.
