Category Performance Ratings
8.3
Traction
Broad, flat traction pattern with durable rubber. Excellent grip on clean indoor courts but can pick up dust and lose bite.
8.0
Cushion
Full-length Light foam midsole with midfoot shank. Bouncy, low-to-ground feel with decent impact protection but some find the insole stiff.
8.0
Materials
Mesh and TPU knit upper with textile overlays. Soft and lightweight overall but some panels feel cheap and the tongue is flimsy.
7.8
Support
Midfoot shank with supportive upper and molded heel area. Strong lateral containment and stability but shank limits flexibility and may allow heel slip.
8.5
Fit
Generally true to size for many. Midfoot is snug from added arch support and lacing offers good lockdown; some prefer half size up.
88%
Outdoor
Thick, durable rubber outsole. Holds up well on outdoor courts and maintains traction and wear resistance.
small
large
Sizing
Runs true to size for most players. Some users go up half a size for comfort, especially regular Li-Ning wearers.
narrow
wide
Width
Accommodates wide feet but leans slightly narrow. Wide footers may want a half size up for extra room.

You cannot get more performance for a $99 basketball shoe. The Li-Ning Ice Blood V2 is a fantastic performance model. The traction plays well on clean courts, you can take the shoe outdoors, and the cushioning feels outstanding.

Shoes cushion isn’t the best but the court feel is amazing. The shoe is very shifty I only bring this shoe out when I wanna cook someone and play a shiftyer play style if thats even a word lol. I just replaced the insoles w gameday pros so we’ll see if that helps with the forefoot cushion as there really is none without a different insole

You might get heel slippage if you have high arches. The forefoot feels contained because of the materials, but the lacing system doesn't keep the back of your foot locked in.
