The Anta KAI 3 is one of the best-built shoes at its price. Fantastic traction and materials, a bouncy ETPU midsole, and strong lockdown. It needs a break-in and may irritate some midfoot shapes, but once settled, it's a top performer.

The Anta KAI 3 is lightweight, breathable, and very comfortable in the heel with great lockdown and smooth transitions. Traction is top-tier on clean courts, but dust performance and a thin forefoot cushion hold it back.

The traction is exceptional. The multi-directional wavy tread grips very well and barely picks up dust. One wipe restores grip, and the shoe didn't slip until about 37–38 degrees.

The soft 14.8 durometer rubber barely wore on the belt sander (only 0.1g loss). It resists dust and should hold up well outdoors.
